Memorial Day Observances

City Meetings and Workshops

The City of Hutchinson has scheduled several meetings in the coming week:

  • Senior Advisory Board Meeting: Monday, May 25, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
  • Library Board Meeting: Monday, May 25, from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Please note this meeting has been rescheduled.
  • Council Workshop (Budget Kick-off): Tuesday, May 26, from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
  • City Council Meeting: Tuesday, May 26, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
  • EDA Board Meeting: Wednesday, May 27, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.

Hutchinson Center for the Arts: ‘Pollinator’ Community Showcase

Starting Wednesday, May 20, the Hutchinson Center for the Arts presents the ‘Pollinator’ Community Showcase. This exhibition celebrates the vital role of pollinators like bees, butterflies, and bats in our ecosystem. Community members have contributed artwork highlighting these creatures. The showcase runs through Saturday, June 27, and is open Wednesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Admission is free.
